Business Rules 1. The BAA provides Services for Airlines to run their Scheduled Flights. 2. Scheduled Flights establish which Flights travel between which Locations. 3. Passengers make Reservations on Flights and can (optionally) print Tickets. 4. A Passenger checks-in on a Flights and will always print a Boarding Pass. 5. When a Passenger checks-in he or she might also check in Baggage and a Baggage Tag is printed. 6. During a Flight, Staff are involved flying the plane and attending to the Passengers. 7. Before and after a Flight, personnel employed by Third Party organisations may be involved in support activities, such as loading and unloading Baggage. Questions 1. Is Baggage or Passenger Check-In in scope ? 2. Are Employees in scope ? 3. Are Passenger Reservations Systems in scope ? 4. Is Security in scope ?
