A Data Model for Hospitals, Clinics and Orders.

I am looking for help with a hospital/medical clinic DB.  

I have 2 that I am working on, but neither are working exactly for what our business needs are.  

One is very rudimentary that I created, and one is an attempt modifying the MS Northwind Traders DB.  

Is there a way to have you look at what I have and to get some input on being able to get our process moving?

I am part of a team that is transforming the ordering process for about 300 medical clinics.  

Currently we are using an Excel spreadsheet and creating new sheets for each clinic.  

This becomes problematic due to the number of items that we are currently tracking, about 3500.  

I need a way to have a master list of items, and create clinic set orders for each separate clinic.  

Each clinic will have their own standard set of items that will be auto replenished.
