Requirements :-
A Data Model for a Land Registry Management Information System where
the main entities are Customers, Plots of land, and Taxes.

Among the plots of land, some are occupied, and  others are not, and 
then when a citizen applies for the plot of land ,it is granted to him/her and 
the process begins of taxing the citizen the value of rent.

Records are kept of Payments and whether the payments are up-to-date, and the
amount of any payment outstanding.
