Requirement is a Database for Licences and Permits.
A. The Business process :-
A.1 Individuals and Organisations submit Requests for Licences and Permits
A.2 Conditions are checked and approval is granted and denied.
A.3 If approval is granted then the Licence or Permit is issued.
A.4 Records are kept for a period of seven years.

B.2 Customer Profiles
B.4 Permits, (and Licences)

C. How are they related ?
C.1 A Customer can be associated with zero, one or many Applications.
C.2 Customer can be associated with zero, one or many Permits.


Recently I was asked to make modifications and tracking manymore items. I was reconsidering to break the database into five tables. tblCustomers - Information about the customer tblFleet - Information about the vehicles for which the permits are obtained. tblParkways - The valid parkways that the permit isissued for. tblPermits - Information about the issuance of the permits ex. Expiration date and Permits number tblPeopleTransported - The type of people transported tblServices (Provided) - The type of service provide bycustomer. I am not familiar the relationship database structure. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank You,
