The Draft Business Rules haved been defined for discussion purposes :-
Subscribers enter into Subscriptions
Subscription Actions are Event Alerts and are generated when the appropriate conditions are met.
A Monitor Log is maintained of all Subscription Actions.
A draft description of the Events and Alerts :-
Conventional Events are monitored and when Threshold values are reached, an Alert is triggered.
When this happens, people who have registered for the appropriate Subscription are notified.
