and this Page shows the Data Model for Reference Data Management.
An Access Database is available on demand, which contains some test Data. My recommendation is to adopt standards which are endorsed by the International Standards Organization if it is possible. I know of only one book dedicated to Reference Data, which is by Malcolm Chisholm.
