Tracking Village School Improvement

Dear Sir,

It is my hope that this email finds you well.

My names are Basidi BAMBA and I have PC and Data Management background.

I have been working in a clinical research center in Tanzania from 2001 to 2010.

I developed different Studies' Participants tracking database with Access and different tools in Excel.

With this background, a friend has asked me recently to help designing a database that will answer the
following Monitoring & Evaluation questions for village schools:

1. Enrollment Increased: number of new students enrolled in the lowest class. Enrollment to be disaggregated
by Gender and by Level of education

2. Gender Disparity Minimized: difference between boys and girls in schools. This is calculated as follows:
Number of girls divided by the number of boys. Required ratio is 1:1

3. Pass Rate: this is exam results disaggregated by Gender and by Grade or Level of education.
   Trend analysis % increase/decrease. Regression.

4. Drop Out Reduced: Number of students leaving school without completing their grades durant a school year.
Expressed in % and disaggregated by gender and by geographic location (District and Region)

I am writing to seek your help because from your honorable and estimated database library (www.databaseanswers.org),
which I have discovered now, I haven't find a sample corresponding to the above scenario.

Thank you in advance and best regards.
