Question 1: How do we get started with Data Sources ?

The following Steps are involved :-
Agree the initial Content with Users and Management.
Put in place individuals with responbility for data gathering and dissemination.
A bottom-up Approach will look at basic data, such as Bills and Invoices
A top-down Approach will look at the data in management Reports
